  當(dāng)費(fèi)那奇鏡第一次被轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，當(dāng)靜止的駿馬第一次在視網(wǎng)膜上踏出蹄印，人類便掌握了創(chuàng)造萬(wàn)物的魔法。一百多年來，動(dòng)畫創(chuàng)作者們揮動(dòng)靈感之筆，在幀與幀之間留下精神的幻影。
  今天，我們?cè)俅蜗蚋魑粫r(shí)空的魔法師發(fā)出邀請(qǐng)——
  第七屆費(fèi)那奇動(dòng)畫周舉辦決定！
  費(fèi)那奇動(dòng)畫周，是一場(chǎng)基于作者視角的動(dòng)畫之旅，是探索詩(shī)性與靈感的動(dòng)畫盛宴，是與觀眾共筑的精神家園。
  費(fèi)那奇動(dòng)畫周的策展團(tuán)隊(duì)由多位活躍于世界動(dòng)畫舞臺(tái)上的動(dòng)畫創(chuàng)作者組成。六年來，這個(gè)用熱愛澆筑的平臺(tái)，已成為中國(guó)動(dòng)畫生態(tài)中不可或缺的力量。我們致力于為中國(guó)觀眾搜集來自全世界的優(yōu)秀動(dòng)畫作品，也為國(guó)內(nèi)外的動(dòng)畫創(chuàng)作者提供交流和展示才華的舞臺(tái)。
  新一屆的費(fèi)那奇動(dòng)畫周，我們?nèi)詫⒀永m(xù)前六屆活動(dòng)的宗旨：力求以最優(yōu)方式呈現(xiàn)動(dòng)畫作品，為觀眾帶來最具奇思妙想的靈感盛宴。我們希望費(fèi)那奇動(dòng)畫周能成為一處作者與觀眾共建的驛站，共同在這里駐足，不隨波逐流的創(chuàng)作理想和努力都將得到尊重。
  5月1日起至8月1日，費(fèi)那奇動(dòng)畫周的競(jìng)賽單元面向全社會(huì)征集優(yōu)秀的動(dòng)畫作品。無論你是專業(yè)還是業(yè)余，無論你身在中國(guó)還是海外，只要你相信自己的動(dòng)畫才能，就請(qǐng)火速投遞你的作品！

  第七屆費(fèi)那奇動(dòng)畫周執(zhí)行委員會(huì)2025年5月1日
  作品征集中！2025年5月1日-8月1日
  一、參賽條件本競(jìng)賽無須報(bào)名費(fèi)。2023年11月之后完成的動(dòng)畫短片作品（60分鐘以下）可以參賽。曾報(bào)名參加過往屆費(fèi)那奇動(dòng)畫周的作品不得重復(fù)參賽。人工智能輔助創(chuàng)作的作品可以參賽，但參賽者需如實(shí)告知使用范圍。非英語(yǔ)對(duì)白的參賽作品應(yīng)添加內(nèi)嵌的英文字幕。
  二、報(bào)名材料由個(gè)人投遞時(shí)，每個(gè)作品應(yīng)單獨(dú)報(bào)名，單獨(dú)填寫報(bào)名表。報(bào)名郵件中需提交的資料列表：1.作品文件的下載鏈接（MOV或MP4格式，請(qǐng)壓縮至1GB以下），或者有密碼保護(hù)的線上播放鏈接，請(qǐng)保持鏈接在9月1日前有效2.完整填寫并簽字的報(bào)名表3.一張導(dǎo)演照片（300dpi）4.三張作品靜幀圖片（300dpi）5.（非必須）一張作品海報(bào)（300dpi）6.（非必須）作品的預(yù)告片（MOV或MP4格式）
  三、技術(shù)要求參加初審的作品文件格式：MOV或MP4（請(qǐng)壓縮至1GB以下）如果作品入圍，請(qǐng)?zhí)峁└咔宀シ盼募篗OV（編碼：H.264或ProRes422，全高清分辨率，立體聲，不接受DCP文件）
  四、獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)設(shè)置大獎(jiǎng)1名獎(jiǎng)金5000元人民幣，短片競(jìng)賽單元所有作品中的最佳作品。
  費(fèi)那奇獎(jiǎng)1名獎(jiǎng)金5000元人民幣，短片競(jìng)賽單元中的最佳中國(guó)作品。*中國(guó)作品須滿足以下至少一個(gè)條件：1.導(dǎo)演或其中一位聯(lián)合導(dǎo)演是中國(guó)國(guó)籍2.作品的制片國(guó)家中包含中國(guó)
  學(xué)生作品獎(jiǎng)1名獎(jiǎng)金3000元人民幣，短片競(jìng)賽單元中的最佳學(xué)生作品。
  MV大獎(jiǎng)1名MV競(jìng)賽單元作品中的最佳作品。
  委托創(chuàng)作類作品獎(jiǎng)1名委托創(chuàng)作類作品競(jìng)賽單元中的最佳作品。
  兒童動(dòng)畫獎(jiǎng)1名全年齡場(chǎng)單元中的最佳兒童動(dòng)畫作品，由全年齡場(chǎng)觀眾現(xiàn)場(chǎng)投票選出。
  評(píng)委選擇獎(jiǎng)6名短片競(jìng)賽單元每位終審評(píng)委個(gè)人選擇的2部作品，包括1部中國(guó)作品和1部外國(guó)作品。
  *除以上獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)外，費(fèi)那奇動(dòng)畫周執(zhí)行委員會(huì)保留在本次賽事中增設(shè)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)的權(quán)利。
  五、評(píng)選和頒獎(jiǎng)規(guī)則初審評(píng)委會(huì)由動(dòng)畫及相關(guān)藝術(shù)領(lǐng)域?qū)＜液唾M(fèi)那奇動(dòng)畫周執(zhí)行委員會(huì)成員組成，初審評(píng)委會(huì)負(fù)責(zé)選定入圍作品，組織分配各競(jìng)賽單元及平行宇宙單元的展映片目。初審結(jié)果將于2025年9月初在“費(fèi)那奇動(dòng)畫周”官方微信公眾號(hào)和“費(fèi)那奇動(dòng)畫周”官方網(wǎng)站公布。終審評(píng)委由費(fèi)那奇動(dòng)畫周執(zhí)行委員會(huì)邀請(qǐng)的國(guó)際專家組成，終審評(píng)委會(huì)將決定大獎(jiǎng)、費(fèi)那奇獎(jiǎng)、學(xué)生作品獎(jiǎng)、MV大獎(jiǎng)、委托創(chuàng)作類作品獎(jiǎng)、評(píng)委選擇獎(jiǎng)的評(píng)審結(jié)果，兒童動(dòng)畫獎(jiǎng)將由全年齡場(chǎng)觀眾現(xiàn)場(chǎng)投票選出，獲獎(jiǎng)名單將在第七屆費(fèi)那奇動(dòng)畫周閉幕式上公布。
  六、作品授權(quán)所有提交的參賽材料都需要獲得版權(quán)所有者的授權(quán)。對(duì)于侵犯他人著作權(quán)的作品，費(fèi)那奇動(dòng)畫周執(zhí)行委員會(huì)有權(quán)取消其參賽資格。費(fèi)那奇動(dòng)畫周執(zhí)行委員會(huì)有權(quán)使用參賽作品的所有圖片、文字資料和不超過總長(zhǎng)度10％的作品片段，用于費(fèi)那奇動(dòng)畫周的宣傳推廣。競(jìng)賽入圍作品將在費(fèi)那奇動(dòng)畫周·2025活動(dòng)中放映?；顒?dòng)期間的放映，費(fèi)那奇動(dòng)畫周執(zhí)行委員會(huì)無需支付參賽作品放映授權(quán)費(fèi)。

  Submission EligibilityNo submission fee is required.Submitted animated films need to be made after November 2023,less than 60 minutes.Works that have already submitted for previous Feinaki Beijing Animation Week cannot be accepted.Artificial intelligence-assisted films can be accepted,but entrants must be truthful about the scope of use.Non-English language films must have English subtitles.
  Submission RequirementsFor individual submission,each film should be submitted with its own entry form.Every submitted film should include the following materials:1.The download link of the film file(MOV or MP4 format,please compress to less than 1GB),or a password-protected online preview link.Please ensure the link remains active until September 12.Completed and signed entry form3.A profile picture of the director(300dpi)4.3 screen shots of the film(300dpi)5.(Optional)1 poster of the film(300dpi)6.(Optional)Trailer of the film(MOV or MP4)
  Technical RequirementsSubmitted file needs to be in MOV or MP4 format(please compress to less than 1GB).If the submitted film is officially selected for screening,an HD version of the film needs to be provided in MOV format(Codec:H.264 or ProRes422,Full HD Resolution,Stereo Sound,DCP file is not supported)

  Commissioned Animation Award1 best film in commissioned animation competition program
  Children's Animation Award1 best children’s animation in short film competition program,voted by audiences of all ages program
  Jury's Choice Award6 films from the short film competition program will be awarded,each jury will choose 2 films,including 1 Chinese film and 1 foreign film
  *In addition to the above awards,the Feinaki Beijing Animation Week Executive Committee reserves the right to introduce further awards to the competition.
  Selection Process and Awarding RulesThe official selection decision will be made by Feinaki 2025 Beijing Animation Week Preliminary Selection Committee,which consists of both specialists in the field of animation and related art and members of the Feinaki Beijing Animation Week Executive Committee.The Preliminary Selection Committee is also responsible for organizing screenings of competition programs and panorama special selection.The official selection results will be announced on our official Wechat account“FeinakiAnimationWeek”and official website“www.feinaki.com”in early September 2025.The board of Final Juries is composed of international animation experts invited by Feinaki Beijing Animation Week Executive Committee.Grandprix,Feinaki Award,Student Award,MV Award,Commissioned Animation Award and Jury’s Choice Award will be selected by the board of Final Juries.Children’s Animation Award will be voted by audiences of all ages program.The list of winners will be announced at the closing ceremony of the 7th Feinaki Beijing Animation Week.
  Festival AuthorizationAll submitted materials for the competition program need to be authorized by the copy rights holder.For works that infringe on the copyrights of others,the Feinaki Beijing Animation Week Executive Committee has the right to disqualify them from participating.The Feinaki Beijing Animation Week Executive Committee has the right to use all materials related to the submission as well as a film excerpt up to 10 percent of the total length of the film for promotional purposes.The films which selected in competition program will be screened at Feinaki 2025 Beijing Animation Week.The Feinaki Beijing Animation Week Executive Committee does not need to pay the screening fee for the entries during the festival.
